finding creative flow/creativity notebook

notepad from an e-course … hi, I’m Gayle. [why hello!] I am a healer and a darn good one. A certified Reiki Master, but much more than that from the day I was born. I am Joy. I am Love. You can find me languishing in Northern NJ. [and at reikiflower.com, which needs updating, but all the info is basically there.]

I am very much hoping to reconnect with the spontaneous and fearless child who would pretend anything knowing … KNOWING … that it was true when imagined it. I am very much hoping to learn how to let go of the adult and society that squashed it as trivial in my childhood.

The Lesson:

The last thing I really wondered about was where to visit when I go back to my home state, Vermont, for a vacation and how to fund it. Specifically, how to whip me out of anhedonia and find clients. … and then how to do that.

~The last time I experienced flow was listening to my iPod while I was moving things around in my ‘will be’ studio. finding the right placement for my ease as well as for the client’s.

~What I loved most when I was 8? Now, this is tough. I would sing popular songs with and without the radio. I would ‘make-believe’ a lot since I played mostly on my own. My imagination had [and has] a fantastic group of people and beings. I could be somewhere else with someone else.

~OK – a Smash Mouth song [You Do It]. This made me dance a bit and sing along as I worked in the studio. Some fun and silliness and … being somewhere else! which reminds me of a quote I read recently about pursuing joy by being the joy.my latest inspiration … OK – a Smash Mouth song [You Do It]. This made me dance a bit and sing along as I worked in the studio. Some fun and silliness and … being somewhere else! which reminds me of a quote I read recently about pursuing joy by being the joy.

~This question has thrown me since a nervous breakdown … but what I would do if I had nothing to fear would be to have my own Healing Practice. Nurturing my clients and guiding them to their own healing powers.

!Themes: creating, nurturing, bringing beauty and order to the world, and having fun while doing it!

!Exciting: the idea of freedom to do what I want and use my tie asIi chose.

~This class … to pursue my successful, healing, nurturing practice for the people of the world. To find that 8-year-old joy again.

[without having to increase my meds!]
